as Director of Operations
& Strategic Projects
GAP Station is pleased to welcome Nia Imani Ikpeiwunna as Director of Operations & Strategic Projects.
As the organization enters an important season of transition from Kings Class Family Chapel (KCFC) to GAP Station, Nia will help support the operational, administrative, governance, funding, and technology initiatives needed to strengthen the organization’s foundation and expand its reach.
The transition to GAP Station represents a broader vision to move beyond local church operations and serve a wider national and global audience through ministry, outreach, leadership development, technology, and community-focused programs.
Background & Expertise
Nia brings project management expertise, nonprofit sector experience, and a strong background in helping mission-driven organizations organize, execute, and scale strategic initiatives. As a PMP-certified project manager, she is uniquely positioned to help GAP Station build the structure needed for this next phase of its mission.
Areas of Focus
- Coordinating key projects and strategic initiatives
- Developing timelines and implementation plans
- Strengthening documentation and reporting systems
- Supporting governance and board-related processes
- Assisting with grant research and application coordination
- Guiding technology initiatives including the new website, digital systems, and future platform development
In her role, Nia will work closely with leadership to help establish stronger operational standards, internal workflows, project management systems, and strategic execution practices as GAP Station prepares for this next phase of its mission.
